Generally speaking, thermistors will generate a lot of heat when they work, especially when they are used in high current situations. Therefore, it is necessary to leave enough space for them to dissipate heat during use. Traditional thermistors are usually installed online. Although it has good heat dissipation, it occupies a large space and is high in height. It is difficult to use when the installation space and height are limited, which greatly limits the use and installation of such linear structures and is not convenient for automatic installation; Although the traditional chip thermistor occupies a small space, is low in height, and can be freely installed, it is not suitable for this thermistor, because when using this thermistor, the body temperature of the resistor is very high, as high as 200 ℃ or higher, and this high temperature PCB is often difficult to bear. Therefore, the existing thermistors need to be improved to achieve better heat dissipation effect and reduce installation height and occupied space.
In order to solve the above problems, a new type of thermistor (horizontal mounting structure) has been developed. This improved new structure allows the thermistor to dissipate heat. Like the traditional NTC power thermistor, it will not cause any damage to the thermistor and PCB due to the increase of its own heat. It can greatly reduce the installation height, greatly reduce the occupied space, greatly improve the reliability of the product, and facilitate automatic assembly.
